Do you measure battery voltage at the large black wire attached to the starter?
Do you measure battery voltage at the smaller Blk/Wht wire attached to the starter when the key is turned to ON(III)?
How did you check the switch?

Alternators don't start cars, batteries do. But you should actually TEST the battery before you replace it.
"Diagnosis" doesn't mean throw parts at it.

Votmeter is your best friend right now. Does it make any kind of noise when trying to start it? Are you getting any current on the signal wire on the starter? If your getting current to your signal wire and no noise when trying to crank it, i've got money on it to bet it your starter ground wire. Its the wire off your tranny that goes to the body of the car. Take it off and clean the surface and should be good to go.

Theirs a Little wire on the starter is it connected? Not the Hot wire but the one that tell the starter to turn over when you press the key forward. if its their put a wire from the positive to the starter where the skinny wire went and if it turns the engine over then check your fuses and ignition switch.

check the battery first
then check the wires to the starter
then check to see if you have spark
then if no spark check the fuse box under the hood that sits not far from the battery
if not that then check in the cabin fuses and also the main relay it could any of these
