Default Replaced SRS unit and now getting code 1-1

My SRS light came on one day after I turned the ignition on with my cluster unplugged and I recently took it down to Honda after not having any luck resetting the light or pulling codes and they told me the unit went bad, so I went to the junkyard and pulled another unit and put it in. I am able to do the reset procedure not, the light actually turns off and blinks and all that, but after it blinks twice to confirm its been reset, it comes on solid red and doesn't go out. I tried resetting it four times and finally I figured I'd try to pull the codes and I was able to, it have me one long flash and one short flash which I assume is a code 1-1. I looked at the SRS code readout and it says a 1-1 is an "open in the driver's inflator". So, what does that mean? I haven't messed with anything else in the system. The unit I got from the junkyard isn't the same exact unit, it's from a 94 Civic whereas I have a '94 Del Sol, but they both have two airbags and the harness is the same.

You have a connection problem at the airbag. 94

Could that be a bad clock spring? The airbag is plugged in.

Yes, that is the most common problem, just did a Toyota Corolla with that same exact problem. 94
