I just replaced the neutral safety switch on my 2000 Honda civic lx and now when I went to start the car, all my electronics come on the engine doesn't turn over and the key becomes stuck in the ignition, and I cant move the gear into park its like its locked, is there anyway to bypass whatever this is?

its a Honda civic lx 2000 sedan, I believe it may be a fuse needed to be reset but Im not sure exactly

What? An auto civic has no neutral safety switch. Post pictures of the switch you replaced.

What do you mean by engine won't turn over - crank or start problem?

This safety switch, and when i turn the key to start it the lights radio ac all come on, but then the engine doesnt crank no noise from it whatsoever, also the gear locks in park wont move into neutral and the key wont turn the power or remove from the ignition

Either you bought the wrong AT gear position switch (not neutral safety switch), installed it incorrectly, or blew one or more dash fuses because you didn't disconnect the battery when doing electrical work.
