Replaced **ALL** brake light bulbs and yet
... the passenger side brake light doesnt work when i push the pedal (the constant is still on but when i push the pedal it doesn't light up.

I have the same problem! Please read...
Some one left us with a broken tail light but the light worked just fine. So we changed the lens, and now when the lights are on the tail light works except when we brake there is no light, this is on the drivers side and on the dash the "rear lamp" indicator is on.
