Default Repinning Distributor Plug

I'm trying to repin the distributor plug on my 99 CX wiring harness so that a 99-00 si distributor plug will work with it. I tried to search but can't find a helpful diagram. will someone please give me some helpful info on this. tyia

ok here is a pic i found... how would i go about rewiring the 10 pin down to a 8 pin? would i just splice the 1 extra wire into one of the other 8? please help i suck at wiring.

come on someone, there is a spot for everyone of them except #9 which is engine speed output and i'm guessing this would be for my speedometer. someone help!
