you could probally use some type of resin and it would be fine.. but you are going to have to paint it??

I've tried it before..best way is to use epoxy and resin..same as fiberglass. problem is it won't be clear etc no more. If it's a super big crack, you're better off repairing it..then prepping it out to paint. I'm doing that with my cf spoon lip soon *big cracks...damn shitty roads**

you could paint part of it.. leaving some of it exposed so people know its carbon fiber.. paint flames to cover up the cracks.. or paint a strip to cover up the cracks and leave a stripe of carbon fiber..

even if u somehow superglue it back on and clear it over, the weave will stil be broken, i suggest just two toning it. if its on the side, paint both sides then leave the center cf. if its the center that's cracked then blah blah blha if its th vorner thatt's cracked paint both corners blah blah. just make it symetrical and cool looking

epoxy it back together, go on ebay or your local performance store and buy a strip of cf sticker and put it over it to match weave.

actually what depends on whether or not it is repairable is the shape of the carbon-fiber, not the resin. If only the resin is messed up, you can sand it down and reclear it basically wtih more resin. If the carbon-fiber's messed up, you're basically screwed or you can just still put more resin on it, but obviously the cf won't look great. Either way, it is possible to fix it. If you need it done, call me up at 904-22-3886 and we can do it for you.

Exactly! It depend on the condition of the damage. I damaged mine in autox. Luckily it was just the clear/resin that cracked/delaminated. I picked it out sanded it and added resin. Then sanded and polished.

No way to fix it, because weave will not match.
