removing the thermostart

Re: removing the thermostart (sohc_freak)
Without a thermostat, if it ever gets cold enough (winter, at night, whenever) to cool the engine faster than it can generate heat, your engine itself will cool down to below operating temperature. Running the engine this way long term will cause major reliability problems.
I don't understand why you removed the thermostat in the first place. The thermostat simply keeps the coolant in the engine until it warms up, at which point it opens and circulates through the radiator, heater core, etc. Removing the thermostat causes the engine to warm up more slowly, no matter how hot it is outside, because it's forced to run through the radiator no matter what. And once warmed up the thermostat can never partially/fully close to partially/fully stop circulating that outside fluid once the engine starts running cold (winter, at night, whenever).
If you were having a problem with overheating that has been solved by removing the thermostat, that means your thermostat wasn't working properly. Replace it with one that works right and you should be fine. For something this cheap you may as well buy a genuine Honda replacement part so you know it's going to work right.

Re: (ProjectNoob)
Thanks man
this is the answe which i was looking forward to get
I will replace it with another one
because i had heat problem so I thought of removing it.
but now after replacing a new radiator I think i'm puttin it back again or buy another one!
