Fold down seat. On either side there is a bracket with 10mm bolts, remove those, remove upper part of seat. From there, there is one 10mm bolt that holds the middle of the seat down at the top. Take it out and the bottom should flip forward.
Then you have to manipulate/shake/yank to get the bottom part off.
Easy.

Well the problem I'm having is removing the bottom part... I can see all the bolts for the back, but the bottom there's the little hook that doesnt want to seem to come out. Do you just have to pry it out? Or is there someway to unlock it?
