pour laquer thinner on the whole damn car. hopefully its sandable primer and it rubs off once the thinner is on it. windows scotch brite and razor blades work good but any chrome trim is fukt. black trim i just use thinner and scotch brite.

No....
Don't do that....
If you want to sand your car in order to paint it, wash it with soap and water, then sand... Depending on the paint system you chose, you can sand with either 400 or 600 grit..
Then wipe car down with a degreaser, no lacquer thinner, but degreaser, then spray

laquer will only work to take off the primer. if you want to paint it after the paint/primer will bubble up because they are thinner based. so if you are prepping your car for paint i would sand all of the clear off if its painted or if its primered just scratch it up real nice with some fairly high grit sandpaper. alcohol or degreaser and a lint-less cloth will be good to finish up the job.
edit: the reason i said pour thinner o the car is most people just primer the car to be one color and there is still stock paint under it. its better to get it down to stock base coat then spray fresh primer and a new base coat.
