Removing power steering?

Removing power steering?
Ive got an 96 ek with a 2000 b16 motor.....Im wanting to remove the power steering...according to some in order to do so there is a bracket you need to purchase to support the steering rack...is this true and if so whats the part called? thanks

Actually....my honda mechanic/buddy.....ive never heard of such a thing before...just wanted to check...thanks

Naw, there's def. no bracket there. Tell your honda mechanic to get a new job :-P.
I think it's him (padawan) actually that sells kids to help you loop it - you have to loop the fluid lines if you remove the PS - I'm sure padawan could tell you more.
