Take off the front bumper, and look at the radiator support on the side, under the front of the fender. You'll see a bolt on a thick rubber bushing you need to undo before you can remove the snorkel. This will make it loosen up. If the snorkel simply rattles around in place while your putting pressure on it, it should be able to be worked out of there.

well. When me and another friend took off my intake off my 94 civic, we never took off the bumper. Plus, I can't take off the bumper, so is there another way?

i dont think you have to take off the bumper. take off the passenger side wheel. and see if you can take out the inside of the wheel well.. and you should be able to get at it. I have a 98 civic.. i know the make is different but this might work

You can't take off the bumper? Come on dude, it's a 93 Honda. Take it apart and figure it out. That's what Honda designed them for.

No. It was taken off my last car without taking a fender or bumper off, so there is another way.

well. done. all I had to do was remove 3 bolts in the fender well(the front section) and bingo. easy access to the 3 bolts holding the intake in place. taking the bumper off would have been pretty much a waste of time.
