I can't tell from the pic, but is the car off the ground?? It should be able to be worked out, you just have to twist and wiggle it until it falls through, but you want to make sure the collector isn't hitting the ground, causing it to be stuck. It usually will fall through lower on one side.

Just gotta finagle bro...no easy way. Try, if you havn't already, and put the header back on and remove it starting it with the side thats giving you trouble now.

If you got them in there then you should be able to take them out, but if your having that much trouble and your not going to use them again, then i would just cut at the bottom where the relocated O2 sensor is, that way you can pull out from the top

I finally got them out! I had to raise the jack like hell. I kinda turned them sideways and with a little force they came out. Heres a pic of the headers I just removed and you can tell why I removed them:

Re: (mario82686)
it helps to have one of those 2 ton service jacksand jackstands, that little scissors jack is not safe. It cant be trusted while u are wiggling and pulling stuff out, especially when u are underneath. pep boys got some for only 50-60 bucks. better safe then sorry, and good luck with ur project
