Default Removing drivers airbag and keeping passenger airbag functional on an eg?

Car: 1995 civic ex
Driver and Passanger Airbag

Im puting an aftermarket steering wheel on my car so im eliminateing the drivers airbag. Is their a way to do that and fool the srs system so that the passenger airbag is still functional?

I already know how to wire up the horn with pin 6. Im gunna try to relocate the cruise control swithes and keep them functional. I just want the Passenger airbag to still work w/o just removing the cluster light or unplugging it.

I remember reading about a 2.2k or 2.2 ohm resister and wire it between 2 pins but i dont remember exactly what to do. Any help is appreciated.
