Removing bumper...stuck screws...ideas?
I'm using this (non-raining!) New Year's Eve to install some fogs.
These screws...:
...are stuck. Three of them. They've been soaked in WD40. They won't budge. (BTW, they're the flat round screws on top of the black retainer)
I, being the stupid novice mechanic that I am, tried too hard and gouged one of them out pretty good.
Does anyone have any idea as to how to get these fockers unstuck?
Thanks to Steve Cockrill for the image .

you can use easy-outs or just take some vise grips and clamp around the screw and loosen up. They shouldn't be that tight on there

also if you have the guts and are very careful try taking a flat blade screw driver and hammer the heads off those damn screws and just buy new ones..

I used vice grips with sharp teeth on the ends. Got a good bite on them from the top, and loosen them like normal. Got them out easy. Worked everytime for me!
Let me know if you get it!
EDIT: You beat me to it

Success!
Thanks all for your help.
Vise grips did the trick. I was skeptical that there was enough screw to grab, but there was...they came out fairly easily. Now on to installing my HID fogs

If you were just tryin to put in new bulbs in your fogs then you didn't even need to mess with those screws. Since you said new fogs though i am assuming you were talking about the whole foglight assembly. I stripped all mine as well, i will use the vice grip idea next time.

I was actually adding an aftermarket system (Sylvania Xenarc).
I have a '97, so no auxiliary lights for me. But thanks for the tip
