removing antenna 93 del sol
so i was planning to remove my antenna, gotta get it from the trunk, then i find out theres this clear plastic tubing[whats that stuff?], like if the trunk was hooked up to an iv or something. i removed the lil metal piece from the outside. do i just yank it out of there?

Thats sounds like a drain tube...
74502-SR2-000 TUBE ASSY., DRAIN (UPPER)
74505-SR2-000 TUBE ASSY., DRAIN (LOWER)
I wouldn't remove it...

gut the car on the passenger side (trunk and interior) unscrew everyting linked to the antenna.
then on the outside of the vehicle, you need to twist the metalic thing with 2 groves on it. it's pretty simple. but my explaination sucks ***.
[-(antenna)-]
- = groves
hope i could be of some assistance.

ok you take off the nut on the outside of the car, that holds the antena to the retainer on the body.
Then on the interior theres a bolt that holds a metal clamp to the antena to losen it from the chassis, You may want to remove that bracket completly if you chose. Its simply bolted on.
Remove the antena wire and pull the sucker out of there with the tub attached. Its just a drain tube nothing special.
