Soo, the blower motor (i guess) works, b/c i can turn the air on but there is no heat coming out of the vents.

What possible problems am I looking at for troubleshooting this problem..?

Did you hook up the climate control cable to adjust the heat and cold

Open the valve manually (in engine bay) to see if it's the climate control.

What you have to do is "calibrate" the cable. Reach under your dash and push/pull the valve to one extreme or the other. Let your car get up to operating temps. If it's cold, push it the other way. Wait until it's hot. Then slide your climate control all the way hot. Hook your cable back up and you're golden.
