I dont understand you removed your A/C and heat (like the heater core) and now your heat wont work???? And the radiator fan doesn't work? Could be a bad fan switch if the grounds are okay and you replaced the relay. I highly doubt the fan itself is bad. I guess the heat wont work cause you removed it...

(woops typo) no i just removed my A/C compressor and Condensor and the piping under the hood. all of the other stuff is still there. i know the fan is good cuz i jumped it with a battery pack. also i tried jumping the fan switch on the thermostat and what didnt work either.

If the fan works, the grounds are okay, the relays are okay, sounds like its the fan switch. Its not like its sumthan that you hear about alot but fan switchs do go bad.

Also!! you can wire your fan to your battery so itll run the entire time your car is on until you can get a fan switch if your worried about your engine runin hot...I havent had a fan in my car for like a year, a b16 in a 92 cx hatch but it runs just fine also I dont live in a hot area so im able to get away with it and the heats always on to.

F*^K im confused...if the blower doesnt work at all and all grounds and relays are good and your little button/switch on your dash isnt broken then your blower is bad. No BS I had a friend not to long ago where his blower stoppped working and he just got another one from a junkyard and that was it.

as far as the cooling fan not coming on, and the fan works when jumped, its the temp switch. quite common and the switch is only like $10. cheap.
test your blower motor the same way. unplug and apply voltage the same as your cooling fan. If it runs then you know something else is the issue... step resistor, etc. I can't think, its late, but its a starting point!
