Removed AC & got CEL??
Hey guys I had just removed pretty much everything AC related..(except for the cooling fan, receiver-dryer, and evaporator I did not take out) on a 96 Civic EX. Now I get a CEL ( I am pretty sure it is a code 1 which is Primary heated 02 sensor circuit low voltage or high voltage.) What exactly could have caused this? I mean, I think I saw something that resembled a O2 sensor on what was connected to the receiver-dryer, at the very front of the drivers side, but I did not touch the sensor it is still there. I didn't take anything out that looked like electrical connections so I thought I should have been fine. Hope you guys can help! Thanks.. Now For some odd reason I unplugged the receiver-dryer and the evaporator and I still get a 1 code...now I get a 45 (which mean the system is too lean or too rich)??? If anyone could please help it would be greatly appreciated...
