Remote? 1992 Honda Civic LX with Keyless Remote?

Remote? 1992 Honda Civic LX with Keyless Remote?
Greetings!
I just got my Honda Civic over the weekend with 230K miles and noticed there is a red led along with power door locks.
Did the 92 Civic's come with Keyless Remotes and how do I find one for mine? I would imagine there is programming that needs to be done as well?
By the way, there is a aftermarket FM/CD player in there, not the stock Honda Radio.
