No, but it shouldn't be hard. If it matters dad has a '97 tacoma imported from the US and its now registered here in Canada, which should actually be harder (Canadian vehicles have been required to have daytime running lights since the 1990 model year, and they are supposed to be added when the vehicle crosses the boarder (dads taco went through without them though, i dunno why, someone else brought it into the country first then sold it)

Lots of USDM Hondas were built in Canada. This is probably what you have.

It is probably aftermarket.

The US and Canada did not have OE moonroofs on '96-'00 hatchbacks.

I've posted photos of stock and aftermarket moonroofs here before for comparison.

X2. No north american '96 - '00 hatchback came with a sunroof. There are a fair number of canadian hatches that have aftermarket pop up sunroofs though, Canadian Si and SiR coupes recieved OEM power moonroofs for those years (EX and Si in the US, respectively)
