Default reducing understeer

i'd like to minimize the understeer in my civic, and i was wondering if you guys could hook up a few suggestions...

i wanna make the handling as neutral as possible - well, ideally, i'd like the rear wheels to slip first, but that's kind of a pipe dream, methinx.

Strut bars and sway bars.

Upper front and upper rear.

Civic SI 26mm front sway bar
Integra Type R 21mm rear sway bar.

Stiffer springs as well.
