Red 96-98 Honda Civic Stolen in Irvine 3am-6am today!
hey guys,
i came out today to get ready for D1GP and it's gone. I had autolock, pager alarm, hood looks, 2 kill switches. roomates saw it at 3am, came out at 6am and it's not there.
interior is stripped, i had a locking gas cap with about 20 miles of fuel left. located in irvine - it couldn't have gotten far.
IT HAS BLACK DIRTY SPEEDMASTER ESSES WITH AZENIS.
Here are some of the parts to look out for:
01 JDM ITR motor
ACT XTSS PP
XACT 8.8lb prolite FW
B&M FPR and gauge
2 White Faced Greddy Temp Gauges (one used for oil, one used for water)
Greddy Oil Block Adaptor (for the oil temp)
Evasive Shifter
Grex (greddy) ****
TWO 4x100 15x6.5Matte Black (dirty as hell, more like brake dust brown) Speedmaster Esses
96-98 DIY black housing headlights
Momo Competition wheel (seams are coming apart)
damaged SIR lip
civic C&R radiator with non C&R 1.1kPa cap
McCulloch HIDs

My car'd be gone in a day if not for living in Wisconsin too...I haven't had my car doors locked when at my house for 3 years
That really sucks its gone, esp with all the countermeasures you had. Don't some alarms have mercury switches that sense the car's angle changing?

Re: (Neotrix)
For any of you that have driveways, I'd invest a couple thousand $$ in a couple of old American POS (Mid Eighties Buick/Oldsmobile) and park them in front of your civic...that should help deter theft also...

Sorry to hear man it sounds like you did what you could to prevent it, all this makes me nervous with my car and I live in Chi-town.

Who would've thought you had all that stuff on there. Apparently they knew you did. Gotta be something that has seen your hood popped or maybe a friend. Sucks to hear but good luck though.

wow that sucks.. sorry to hear.
they most likely towed it or something unless this person knew all about your kill switches.
