If u want quiet can't go wrong with ws2,if u want n1 style catback apexi n1 is nice but kindaraspy without a cat.buddy clubs r nice too but loud as hell.

ebay cheapie brand tsudo. sounds pretty damn good from what i've heard. i had a tenrai, and i liked it too. go on youtube and type those in. cheap too. under 250 for a catback.
