Recaro rails (in civic)
Hey guys i got a set of recaros on offer pretty cheap and i wanna grab em.. no rails (hence the price)
me and a friend wanna go 1/2s, can we? If we both buy Vision *drivers seat* rails for example, can we both use the seats in our drivers side of our EG? none of us are fussed which side the tilt adjust are on (the person who doesn't get the original drivers seat, gets a better condition recaro so it works out kinda fair), just so long as they fit and seatbelt etc wont be an issue?
Can anyone verify?
Thanks
James

Re: Recaro rails (Sir_JDM)
A Recaro SRD is a seat. It doesnt matter if you use in the passenger/driver side or mount it upside down - its a seat. The difference in sides comes in the bracket. The brackets have the seat belt bolts on the correct sides. You bolt your factory seat belt (female end) to the bracket. Once that is complete you bolt the seat into the car. On the SRD model - the tilt feature is in the ***** in the back. Recaro put two one on each side. So no matter what, It can be used on either side of the car. Hope this helps...
