Default rebuilt/built JDM B16A del sol

a quick summary of whats done to it first:

B16B Pistons /w new rods
Street Tuner Skunk2 Camshafts /w AEM adjustable cam gears
Dual Valve springs w/ oversized vavles and titanium retainers
port and polish
honed manifold w/70mm throttle body
new ecu (completely stock and untuned)
milled

ok, so this is an engine swap from from a d15b7 to a JDM b16A 2nd gen. the problem i'm having besides the other thread with the fluctuating idle is today i found an excessive amount of oil within the manifold and a small puddle in the throttle body. and i was wondering is it expected to have this issue because everything being replaced internally, things have not seated yet?
it's had collectively about an hour worth of running time and a couple rounds around the block. but the car is blowing white smoke and as i mentioned oil in the intake manifold. so i'm wondering if it's normal break in, or something is probally ****ed up?
