wow biggunsjoe that was alot of help.
heres approx. prices when i did mine last summer
CP pistons - Eagle H rods and fidanza flywheel 1,100
ACL Bearings - ~100
ARP Bolts (main and head) - ~200
Machining (bored, polished crank and everything balance) - 350
Oil Pump - ~170
Timing Belt & Tensioner - ~115
Water Pump - ~110
Head Gasket - ~85
Probably forgot some stuff.. kinda in a hurry. Hope that helps.
I'm sure you can get stuff cheaper. By the time I did everything I could afford at the time, I dropped like ~5k and never finished the head yet...
You could always just buy my motor from me

$170 for the Oil pump? I paid $100 for an OBDII Integra Oil pump from the dealership.

Re: (PhatBoy5015)
this is true... but i rip down every motor i get before i put it in a car... so i might land up dumping 2.5k on a ls swap and not like the way the internals look... now i just wasted more $$$ Just my view
