Default rear wheel cylinder removal..need tips

What up guys, i initially broke the bleeder valve/bolt, and didnt succeed into removing it, so now i must change the wheel cylinder, i see 2 bolts holding it on the backing plate, so removing it shouldnt be a problem, Do i have to empty out the brake fluid outta the system or do i just remove the wheel cylinder as is and just let the fluid leak....after that do i just bleed the rear since i only worked on the rear or do i have to bleed all 4 brakes thanks...
