REAR WASHER TRICK for the REAR NEGATIVE CAMBER Questions
I dropped about 1.5~1.8 inches (less than 2 inches) with Honda S-tech Tein springs. I am thinking about having my brother do the "washer trick" to compensate the negative camber.
Do you know how many washers I should put in between?
Can I still use the same bolt (oem) if less than 3 washers?
How safe is this trick? I hope nothing spring out when I am going at 80mph on the highway..lol.

you will be ok with 2 washers. that should be enough.. depends really on how much camber u have but if under 2 inch drop 1 might also be sufficient

If you need any more than 2 washers you will need to use longer (grade 8) bolts.
The number of washers is difforant for every car. my car uses 1 washer and my brother's uses 2, & my old civic used 4 with longer bolts. You just have to go 1 at a time, put the wheels on, and check the camber and add more if needed.

Re: REAR WASHER TRICK for the REAR NEGATIVE CAMBER Questions
Honestly, I'd leave the negative camber that you'll end up. Reason being is you're going to see little negative camber from less than a 2" drop. Also, the negative camber will help with possible rubbing issues with rim and tire combos. The only thing you need to worry about is setting the toe as close to the factory spec as possible. Negative camber isn't going to wear your tires like the toe being off will.

i have seen the omni kit for $15 plus shipping like 2 bucks so 17, or you can to homedepot and do it for half and still have some beer money, for when the bolt breaks lol

A little negative camber isn't a bad thing. If people just wouldn't ride around slammed, they wouldn't have to worry about camber wear because they wouldn't have enough for it to be a problem.
