Rear view mirror compatibility
First off let me say I'm sorry because this has probably been covered before but I've been looking for an answer for a few days and haven't found anything for eg civics. What is the difference in mirrors between the 2/3 door and four door? I don't really wanna buy oem ones for my four door and thought I could make some spoon reps work. I just don't want to buy em them and then it not work at all. Thanks for the help guys

Re: Rear view mirror compatibility
You say rear view, but it sounds like you're talking about side view. Which one(s) are you talking about? Your rear view mirror is the one mounted to your windshield in the middle of the car. Your side view mirrors are the ones on the sides of the car, outside.

EG side views are different from coupe/hatch to sedan in terms of how they mount to the door. THe glass is the same and I believe the glass housings are the same, but the style of how they are different as one has a rounded edge and the other comes to a sharp point.
