rear swaybar endlink question
this just crossed my mind...
i installed a set of gc's a while back on my Si, however, when reinstalling everything, i noticed that the driver's side endlink had to be pulled out more to reach the corresponding on hole on the LCA. the passenger side went in with ease. if i were to give an illustration, it would be like this..." / I ". the reason i ask is because i'm planning on the doing an ITR rear swaybar install, but i just want to make nothing is messed up before i go through with it.
anyway, here are some pictures that i just too of what i'm referring to. any insight on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
passenger side (the side that's okay)
driver's side (the side in question)

I just put the comptech unit on my car, and both of my endlinks are angled like your driver side. I've been searching for pics of others cars, and most are angled like that as well, so I think you should be okay. It's odd that they're different though. Is the bar centered properly?

i was questioning this as well, but when doing the install of my gc's, i don't recall moving the swaybar in either direction.
edit: here's some pictures of the bar itself, just to make sure it is centered.

Re: rear swaybar endlink question (SD_EM1)
im running the comptech as well and i dont recall having the endlinks angled....of course it could vary from vehicle to vehicle as well.
Ive understood the adjustable endlinks to be set to a point where there is no load on the bar when the vehicle is on the ground. Ive found that you can stiffen the bar a little more by doing just the opposite.

Well, I took careful care to 'clock' (as they call it) the U bracket with the swaybar as stated in the directions. When it was on the jacks, the endlinks were parallel to each other. When I put the car on the ground, they were angled / \ . I figured it was normal.

as long as the bar is centered and you're installing the endlinks onto the lca with the car on the ground, you should be fine. don't install endlinks with the car in the air.
