so i was in the process of putting in new suspension in my hatch (92 vx) and while putting in new lower control arms i found that my subframe and trailing arm on the passenger side don't line up at all to allow me to put the new lca in. looking at the old set up it looks like something happened while the old suspension was in because the bolt going through the base of the shock and control arm was cracked. nothing looks damaged/bent/broken ect but i can't figure out why everything is so out of line. the trailing arm needs to be set toward the back of the car about an inch or so to get the lca to fit properly. anybody else ever have this problem or have any suggestions?
