Default Rear strut bushing...pressed out?

I need to replace my rear bushing and i got the parts from Honda. I just need to know if the come out, or i need to have them pressed in, the metal around the LCA seems to be rusted to it, and a sledge hammer doesnt help because of the rubber, its like hitting a bouncy ball. Anyone have any tricks or opinions? Thanks.
