rear seatbelts locked...HELP

rear seatbelts locked...HELP
My rear interior was stripped and im in the process of putting everything back to stock and after I re-installed my seatbelts are locked up. I can slowly inch it back and forth to fully extend em but when I release the belts to position where it tightens up they lock up again. Is there a way to release the lock so I can pull em freely to buckle up???

well try to extend them far enough to get them bolted up and in the right position and they should work normally. i had the same issue when i was trying to get mine bolted up.
