I might want to try that, I have access to a limited amount of machining tools. What did you use for a template? Its aluminum right? How thick? And I'm curious what sway bar you are useing too.

The brace acts as a reinforcement so you don't have tear out your subframe when you use a larger rear sway bar.

So, it stiffens up your rear end and prevents damaging your subframe.

Aluminum is T-6061 - or Aircraft grade if that gets you excited. i won't say anything about a selling until i have mounted the sway-bar and can verify the whole thing works!

Looks pretty good to me. You should polish it up to a mirror like finish.

Yeah, but I would rather it hug the curve of the subframe then over hang it just for a place to put a logo (like some braces).
