Icon6 rear lower control arm bushings

I just bought a used del sol rear sway bar with control arms for $45 and I want to replace all of the bushings on the control arms. Does anyone know a safe way of removing them? I've heard if I use a press, it may bend the control arms. Also is Energy Suspension a good brand to use to replace the bushings? I've searched their website and apparently I can get a complete set for left & right for about $30 when it cost over about $17 a piece (17X6 = $102) if I were to get a complete set OEM from honda dealership. Has anyone ever used aftermarket bushings? I'll upload close up pictures later of the bushings if they even need replacing. Some of the rubber was a bit torn....

I use the Energy master bushing kit, and love it.

I've never had a problem with bending the LCA pushing them out, but I've heard of people using an acetylene torch to burn them out if they don't have access to a press. I would just press them and make sure you're using the correct sized collar.

I've done the same thing on my old Civic hatch. Get those old bushings pressed out and press the new ones back in. Other than the weight difference, I would rather use the stock lower LCA (w/ new bushings) than an OVERPRICED aftermarket LCA.

Its all a matter of application, and budget.
I have never used ES bushings (Exception of sway bar)
I havent had anyone I personally know complain about them either.
In the past I have used hard race bushings on my street cars.
IMO they are more stiffer than the polys. Opinions vary from person to person.

I only used ES on the shifter bushings and they seem to feel pretty good and solid. I'm just going to use this car as a daily driver about 80-90% of the time and take it to the track/autocross once in a while. If I do end up getting the energy suspension ones, are these the correct bushings? I may as well snag the sway bar bushings as well.
