nope, this one is made of the same plastic that the tail lights, corners etc is made from, it says honda on the back too, and it came in the box that i pictured. i bought it SEALED, the importer that i bought it from has3 left i believe. ill try to take more pics of the garnish on the car

oem honda parts have a red sticker with the part number on it, not that little white sticker pictured with what looks like a part number written with a typewriter.
