rear disks stock to what car and what car had a B16A in 1991?
So the easy and simple question first, what car had a B16A in 1991? All I can find when I search is B16A2 and the spark plug wires are different, the grommet that goes over the hole in the valve cover is too small.
My next question is the last time I changed brakes I just had the rotors resurfaced and bought new pads, I remember having trouble finding pads because my car (1993 DX hatch) did not come stock with rear disks. I now am looking to replace brakes again and have come across the same problem, I have been looking things up and see that the only hatch in 1993 that had rear disks is the Si, would it be wise to buy brakes for the Si or is there another way to figure out exactly what I need to buy?

I'm not sure on the rotor/pad question, but it sounds like you've had a conversion done from an earlier Integra model, and those are indeed hard to fit and find things that DO fit. I have them on my civic also.
As for the B16A, it's a purely JDM motor. It came out of the Honda Integra, CRX SiR, and Civic SiR. EF 8 and 9. It also came in the Del Sol EG2 and some other Eg models that might have slipped my mind. I wanna say an EK model also? but i can't remember. bleh.
Hope it helps.

u probably have 00 si rear disks they r real common and i believe they r the same as the intgra rears. may be wrong. for the motor the 91 hatch came with a jdm b16 with cable tranny obd0. for the spark plug wires the b16 wires should all be the same i dont know if the obd0 distributor has anything to do with dif. wires but it sounds like u got sohc wires they have small gromets on them where the plugs pop on i actually ordered from ngk 2 times and they sent me d16 wires b/c there catolog was messed up and had the b16 with all civics so they were sending d16 wires.

i remember last time i did brakes i got rotors from a 99 si and they fit, but the brake pads didn't, i dont remember what the pads were from that i bought, i do remember the pads from a 99 si were close, but wouldnt fit, there was one little difference and i dont remember what it was, im pretty sure it was the shape of the back plate
