No, the changeover is pretty straight forward, you remove one thing and replace it with another. Probably the biggest pain is installing the E-brake cables. I havent seen the rotors yet but you should be able to just get them turned and they will probably be okay or you could go to autozone and get some blanks for 25.00 dollars or so.

get yourself an air compressor..if not, at least a can of WD-40, and a breaker bar. i just took my suspension out and it would have taken me a longggg *** time without my compressor. good luck

hey its very easy, i did it without a impact gun , just be pacient, take the ebrake cables first, and then just unbolt your trailing arms

Well I took them off the GSR today with russ's help it took us about 2 hrs to get everything off LOL with some .. unique jack stands (Logs old tires haha) but I think I am going to have my mechanic put them back on .. I really dont feel comfortable with working on my own brakes ... I know when im in over my head .... Got pics comming tonight when I get off work ... Midnight Central right now 8 pm

the big black thingie on the firewall is called a brake booster.
if you want to learn a little more about brakes, blackdeucecoupe provided this great link in another thread. definitely suggested reading.
