Brand new everything rotors, pads, calipers, braided brake lines, si proportion valve, brake master cylinder and only thing used is the brake booster... Ive bleed the brakes alot of times even tried a preasure pump for bleeding the lines... Then went for a test drive was able to stop but brake pedal was very spongy it took alot of preasure and pushing pedal all the way to floor to stop... Any advice??????

Did you bench bleed your master cylinder?

Yea, sounds like there's still a bubble in the master cylinder. First crack loose all lines leading from the master cylinder. Have a buddy pump the brake pedal 50 or 60 times... yes, i said 50 or 60. Do *not* let the master cylinder run dry on fluid. Otherwise you'll have to start all over. On the final brake pump, have your buddy hold the pedal down and then tighten all the brake lines on the master cylinder. Then bleed the brakes at each wheel in the proper order. That should remove any air in the system. You'll essentially be bench bleeding the master cylinder while it's still in the car. Also, be prepared to clean up a puddle of brake fluid.

Don't bottom out the brake master, you will destroy the seals in there. If you did or been bottoming out the master, buy a new one. I've done this once on a brand new master and broke the damn thing. Put a kinda fat phone book under the brake pedal to keep you from hitting bottom. So you can use anyone to pump for you.

Do you realize you have to bleed the master cylinder separate from the brakes, I wouldnt have changed it at all unless damaged.
