Rear Disk Brakes on Ek..
I have the rear disks but the suspension is cut in half, i also have the prop. valve. Will i be able to just unbolt the disk/hub assembly and bolt it to my suspension? And also will i be able to use the stock brake lines for the drums for the disk brakes?

I have a couple questions before I answer yours. (or can for that matter)
What kind of car do you have?
What car did the rear discs come from?
When you say the susension is cut in half, do you mean the trailing arm or the shock/spring?
As far as the brake lines, you canNOT reuse the soft lines from the drums. You need lines for a rear disc set-up.

Doesnt really matter since theyre all the same, really.
You can swap the hubs, yes - use "drum trailing arms"
No, you cannot use the drum hoses on calipers.

Re: Rear Disk Brakes on Ek.. (SOHC4life 96)
I have a 97 civic. The disks came from a 99 si. And its the trailing arm that has been cut. So what should i order some 99-00si rear brake lines from honda?

Instead of ordering oem lines from Honda, just order a set of Earl's stainless lines, they perform much better, and don't cost that much more. Plus the install will be super easy since you're going to have everthing torn down.
