You need:
1990-2001 integra hub/trailing arms
-40/40 Prop Valve
-Master Cylinder and Brake Booster
-integra e-brake cable
search also, this has talked about many times

Basically what you need except you can get away with reusing the civic coupe prop valve since it should be the 30/30 PP version. I've kept that PP for years until recently I changed it to a 95 civic SI version: 30/40
The master cylinder you should get is the 1991 civic ex 4dr non-abs version, it's a 15/16" version compared to the small 13/16 and decent 7/8 versions. Also the only reason I swapped out to the 15/16 version is becasue the stock 7/8" was leaking so instead of swapping out for another 7/8, I upgraded to a 15/16" and never being more happier. BTW by getting the 15/16 MC you don't have to buy the brake booster because everything lines up and bolt on
