Rear disc quest?
I wanted to put a rear disc brake on my EG I gotten the complete 96 ls rear disc from a junkyard and I ask a mechanic that did my suspension, what I needed to make it work properly? He said all I need to make it work with my car is to change the propultion valve, is this true? I would've thought I needed the brake master cylinder also with it from an integ but he said all i need is the propultion valve? how much would this cost brand new from the dealer and is there some kinda stuff also I should get to make it work or is he right??? Can anyone that did there rear disc on there EG give me some suggestions? Thanks in advance!

You don't even need the prop valve for it to work. However if you want to take advantage of 4 wheel disc, it will give you even braking. Bigger MC will give you a firmer, more responsive pedal feel. Did you get the e-brake cables/brake lines with the rest of the conversion?

dude proportioning valves from the dealer ARE FUCKN outragous they want like 300 bucks if i remeber correcttly i went to a junk yard and got it for 15 bucks the minimum they charge for a part. you don't need the proportioning valve or the MC but your peddal gets soft. also if you purchase a integra MC you must get the integra BB
