rear disc problem...please help.

rear disc problem...please help.
I have rear disc from 95 integra. I changed the rotors and now the caliper on the right side fits really tight and I cant turn the wheel freely as with the left side. I need two hands and alot of effort to turn it. The piston was stuck before but I lubed it up and I turned it back, but it is still tight. What could be causing this to happen? Thanks.

sounds like you have some seizure in the caliper. Take it apart, clean, lube and see if it is better. Otherwise, just get a new one.

Any brake shop can order you new calipers, but comparison shop because those things can get expensive. You can always go to acura but they will be hella expensive there.

Caliper Repair kits can run anywhere from $5-15, depending on brand and what's included. If you're adventurous enough, you can rebuild your caliper yourself. You'll need some Snap Ring Pliers and you might need a Brake Spring Compressor if the deep inner Bore is f'd.
If your piston moves in/out well with the Parking Brake Arm, then your internals are more likely to be OK, and you just need to replace/relube your seals. The hardest part is getting the Piston Seal Boot into its groove AND slipping the piston back in it.
But make sure that the Piston is screwed as deep into the bore as possible to allow for proper clearance when the pads are put in, as well as it being in proper alignment for the little bumps on the pads (1/4 turn increments)...
Other than that, make sure your Parking Brake Cables aren't unevenly pulling, and your rotor is flush with the hub. I can't think of much else that could give you those symptoms...
GL and let us know what works, even if you go the $$$ route...
