94-00 ALL Integra rear disks..direct bolt on using your old LCA's but i think you'll need a integra Ebreak cable...
99-00 Civic Si... direct bolt on
99-00 Civic Si... direct bolt on

Re: Rear disc conversion question (Ek9SiRII)
I have rear brakes out of a 95 integra in my Ek, so i know for sure 94-01 integra brakes is an easy bolt on and 99-00 Si is identical. To make things easier I would use 99-00 Si parking brake cables. The only thing to remember is you want to replace trailing arm/hub assembly, because swapping out trailing arms can be a pain when loosening the torx head bolts that secure the trailing arm to the hub.
Look for a replacement with good trailing arm bushings unless you want to replace them with aftermarkets such as the ones offered by energy suspension.
Hope this helps you out.

99-00 Si rear disc brakes are a perfect set for you. You can even use the Si e-brake cables. Oh and if you can't get the LCAs off the trailing arms, you can use the ones it came with.
