Default Rear disc conversion?

I am searching for it right now, but I would appreciate if you could save me some time and answer some of the questions.

1) Did a 92-95 Civic LX come with rear disc brakes?
2) If so, would they fit a 1997 civic hatchback?
3) If it’s possible, what parts do I need to make it work?
4) What tools?

Save you time by wasting others?
All rear disc parts are the same (minus itr).
Integra 91-01 Civic 92-00 Del Sol 93-97
Get trailing arms, hubs, rotors, pads, cables, hoses, prop valve
All will work.

Does LX even come with rear disc brakes?
I tried searching, but couldn’t find a definite answer.

I found a 92-95 4-door in a local junk yard.
It has an LX badge and a non-vtec engine (obviously).
It has steel wheels with hubcaps, so I couldn’t see for sure what rear brakes it has, but from the gaps, it looked like it had a rotor and a caliper in the back. Is this possible?

The guy said that if I wanted the rear assembly, I could have it for $80.

If its abs then probably - pop the hood and look for the abs parts
You could also just look behind the wheel and see drums or a disc

I'll try checking that.

Could I just swap the hubs, or would I need the trailing arms too?
Where is the prop valve located?

XXXXX

The civic at the junk yard is a 1992 civic LX (sedan) with 4-wheel disc brakes and ABS.

Yes you can just swap hubs
Proportioning valve is located on the firewall (has all hardlines running to it)

ALL this is readily available by searching a little harder

I found a bunch of post of people selling the swap, a few posts of people discussing why they should/shouldn't do it, but no how-to's.

I would appreciate if some one could post me a link of a HOW-TO for a rear disc brake conversion (EG brakes on EK hatch). How-to's with pictures would be most helpful.

Sort by catagory and you wont get any results for ones being sold
In just civic alone, there are 309 results for rear disc. Read a little and you find:
