Rear disc brake conversion/camber problem...
I recently finished a rear-disc brake conversion on my eg. the swap, which came from a jdm ek9 hatchback, included the trailing arms, calipers, rotors, brake master cylinder, brake booster, and proportioning valve. everything seemed to bolt up fine, the brakes work great, but im having a bit of a problem.
since the conversion, the negative camber of my rear tires are terrible. the camber was so bad that it chewed through my tires within a couple of weeks. i used washers to put between the upper control arm (or camber arm) to help with the problem. the passenger side is so bad that washers dont seem to help at all. has anyone else had this problem? should i have used the lower control arms from the donor car?
i was thinking that the lower control arms on an ek might be shorter than my stock eg arms. if so, this would cause a terrible negative camber. help me out
