Default Rear camber correction

I have searched but found nothing to address this specific question about the trick with the washers. I went to Tire kingdom and I have a -3.2 camber problem in the rear. Will the washer thing work with just 3 washers for me. I have imitiation GC coilovers that are lowered all the way down to the bottom of the coil. For visual people my tire in thre rear tucks about 1/2 - 1 inch if that.

Thanks for any input.

Being that low you will NEVER get your camber back to anywhere near normal specs. Your fender will keep the tire from going all the way ack out.

You do know that having your car that low is actually dangerous, right?

3 washers won't even come close. I think each washer is only a 1/4 of a degree. If you tucking in the back you need more than just a real camber kit. You are gonna have to raise it up to have it ride right.

i actually use the washer trick...
though i don't have my ride dropped quite so low...
the rear fender is about 1/2 inch above the tire...

anyways, when i went to get my car aligned i worked with
the guy until we had enough washers to bring the camber
within spec.

same with the front, but up front i have a skunk2 camber kit.

Well i did the washer trick, I am taking it to the shop to have the camber measured in the rear. Like previously stated it was -3.2 in the rear last time, so I will see what it is now. Does anyone know what the honda civic specs are factory and what you would want for autocross. The specs i got from NTB last time said between +1- -1.

Well i have a total of 5 washers on the bolts. 3 of them are slightly thicker than the other 2. When i took the stock bolt i could see that the washers only cover the part that has no threads on it. So after i put the other 2 on i imagine its about -1.6 - -1.4 camber. When I only had the three it was -2.1.
