Default Rear brakes on a 98 DX, have to replace adjuster?

Hit the 145k mark and decided it's time the work horse gets some love. New drums, hardware kit, shoes, wheel cylinders, shocks, rotors, pads, bunch of tune up parts, etc etc.. but I was wondering can the adjuster be reused or should they be replaced?
