Default Really need help with my sputtering problem :(

After i drive my civic and shutoff and come back before the car gets completely cold and try to start it up the car sputters like hell and wants to cut out. today i noticed that when it starts up and sputters a puff of white smoke comes out the exhaust.
the car will continue to sputter unless i rev it out. All the while it is sputtering it is smoking white but when it clears up it goes away.

if i drive the car while it sputters it will flat spot and then it will just pick up and shoot off (all at constant throttle). 3 weeks bad i blew my head gasket, the car mainly started sputtering on start up after that. I was thinking maybe the head gasket was gone again so i did a compression test and the car had consistant numbers on all 4 cylinders.

Need suggestions as soon as possible. It is starting to **** me off and i think it is hurting the motor.

P.S
before i put the JDM B18c in my car and i had the D15b vtec it would flat spot but it would never sputter on start up.

The B18C motor has P30 pistons, a slightly milled head. new rings, bearings and all.
