Your not really gonna find a "straight pipe" kit per se. If noise is all you want, go to a local muffler shop and have them weld up some kind of stainless steel canister muffler that you can pickup cheap to some 2.5-3" pipe with no resonator and then go **** off the neighbors lol

Better yet if that nasty loud note is what your going for, skip the muffler all together and pick yourself up a nice tip for $20-30 and have the muffler shop weld sections of pipe from your cat back to it. You'll be a rolling noise violation in no time

This is leading to an opinion poll so gonna cut it off before it begins.
Since you want cheap and you want loud, you might take a look into Spec-D Tuning exhaust on amazon.com.
It's a full exhaust with resonator test pipe for 200 bucks, all stainless steel so wont rust and solid welds. The only issue is in the fitment department, it's not exact like higher priced exhausts. And by full exhaust, I mean a 4-2-1 Header, resonator test pipe (for the cat) and cat back exhaust. The full meal deal.
Tech: The middle pipe hangers are off by about 1.5 inches from the middle car under body hanger posts on the hatchback. The trick I used was to use double rubber hangers and bolt them together. One hanger on the exhaust, another on the car, the open end on both rubbers I put a bolt through.
It's also bent in a way to ride a bit lower than stock so expect to rub a lot more even before lowering the car.
Build quality is very good.
Sound is good (opinion). Without the silencer it's ungodly loud, maybe just what you want.
Fitment is moderate. Could be better but could also be much worse.
Closed before the hella flush crew gets outta hand.
